Returns & Exchanges
If there is an issue with your order, we require to be notified within 14 days of delivery.
Fabric by the yard and pillow inserts are final sale unless defective.
We DO NOT accept international returns or exchanges under any circumstance.
Merchandise that you purchased from locations other than this site will not be accepted. Additionally, merchandise purchased on this site cannot be returned under this policy to any other location.
Rugs, furniture, and wallpaper, phone cases, and décor are custom ordered and are therefore, non-returnable or exchangeable.
All purchases of sale items are final. No returns or exchanges will be honored for sale items.
We do not offer exchanges at this time, so if you would like to receive an item of an alternative design or size, please place a separate order through our website and return your previously purchased item.

Returns only apply to pillows. All other items are final sale. To make a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of your delivery. Please note that unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
Returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must be unwashed, unused and accompanied by the original Caitlin Wilson Design Order Confirmation or Packing Slip.
Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price less shipping and a 5% restocking fee. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and returns must be received by us no longer than 30 days after initial delivery.
RUG SAMPLE RETURNS
All of our rug samples are sent with a return shipping label. Rug samples can be returned for a refund, less shipping. Please include your original packing slip. If you have misplaced your return shipping label, please address your return rug sample to:

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel orders once they have been received by our fulfillment center.
When you submit an order through our site, an order confirmation is sent to you and our system verifies your payment method. After you place your order, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center and can no longer be modified in any way. It is our hope that this expedited turnaround works to your advantage, but we do understand that it can make it difficult to cancel or modify your order.
If we are unable to cancel your order, please feel free to return your order to us for a full refund of the merchandise value, less shipping. Please contact email@example.com to receive authorization of your return.
PRODUCTION QUALITYAll printed textiles have irregularities in the printing. These irregularities are not considered defective as they are the nature of the product. Defective products include pillows with broken zippers and large, obvious misprints or stains.
Products may show differences in color or texture that do not necessarily indicate defectiveness. Such differences are inherent in the manufacturing of hand made products.
Fabric by the yard is 54" wide, anything wider than 54" is considered selvage and may have color smears at the edge. This is not defective as it is the edge of the product.
