We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes it doesn't work out. Below is how we deal with those things that just didn't work out: 

For final sale items, once orders have been processed, they may not be cancelled. Cancellations will not be accepted after 48 hours from order placement. All final sale items will be marked "All Sales Final" on their individual product page.

We take design and craftsmanship very seriously and we want you to love these pieces as much as we do! Our products are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt and notify us of any damage within 48 hours; our team will promptly work on a replacement.
