Fulfillment & Warehouse Manager
The Fulfillment & Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of our small but growing CW warehouse and fulfillment operation. The ideal candidate will have a solid operational background with experience in fulfillment, organizational excellence and communication skills. The warehouse and our fulfillment operation will be theirs to own.
Primary Responsibilities
- Full Warehouse Responsibility
- Fulfillment of all orders in a brand-consistent way
- Continuous Warehouse Efficiency Improvements
- Inventory Accuracy & Internal Control
- Warehouse Productivity & Expense Control
- Facilities, Safety, & Training
- Implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities
- Own warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, and inventory activities
- Maintain good relationship with shipping carriers, reduce cost of outbound shipping
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety codes
- Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding area
- Open and close facility
Requirements
- 2-3 years of warehouse management experience.
- Have Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and dates.
- Have the ability to think creatively and juggle many tasks and personalities at once.
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude.
- Are detail oriented with creative problem-solving skills.
- Have the ability to quickly adapt to change in priorities.
- Experience in industry a plus

Product/Design Intern
Caitlin Wilson Design is looking for an enthusiastic product and design intern to join our team.
As a product/design intern, you will have the opportunity to work cross-team to help assist with the design and development process of our exclusive home decor collections.
Responsibilities
- Assist with organizing the design development process
- Assist product team with day to day tasks
- Assist in keeping the company color library, fabric/trim library & sample room organized
- Cataloging fabric samples and pattern strike offs.
- Assist in managing a digital catalog as well as creating new graphic repeats, strokes, fills etc. often utilized by the Design Team
- Trend research and inspiration sourcing
- Complete a unique intern design project from start to finish
Requirements
- Dedicate 25-40 hrs per week to internship
- Proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc)
- Highly creative thinking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills – supporting a good team environment.
- Ability to recognize and react to changing work demands
- As a plus, excellent freehand drawing ability
- Passion for the interior design industry
- Current enrollment in undergraduate studies of a related field
- Located in Dallas, TX
