The holidays are officially here and between all the wrapping and the baking, so many of us are already thinking about how to refresh our homes in the upcoming new year. For nearly a decade, one of my favorite home decor sources has been Caitlin Wilson Design. My love of Caitlin's products began nearly eight years ago with the release of her first line of rugs and textiles. Over the years she has grown her company into one of the most beautifully curated destinations for classic, timeless pieces for your home that also have a fresh and chic edge.
In the spirit of the holidays, today I'm sharing twelve of my all-time favorite things from her shop from Chinoiserie panels and rugs to linens and settees. Not only are they all items you'll immediately want to add to your home, but they are pieces that will undoubtedly stand the test of time for years to come.

If you follow my blog, you know that
I'm a huge fan of all things chinoiserie
and the new chinoiserie mural panels released by CWD earlier this year are positively dreamy. Ranging from soft peaches and champagnes to jewel toned turquoises and violets, these panels come in a color for everyone and are an easy and affordable way to instantly elevate any room.

You can never have too many blue and white ginger jars and the Oversized Temple Jar, Ancestor Jar and Mini Cylinder Tea Jar are three of my favorite. They can be styled together to stand alone to add a pop of color or interest to virtually any space. I particularly love the Oversized Temple Jar for mantles, dining room tables and consoles.

I own these melamine plates this pattern
as well as the Blue & White Botanical
set and cannot rave about them enough. They are dishwasher safe, smooth with
a matte finish and excellent quality.
Unlike so many melamine plates you
see today these aren't flimsy and
actually feel like a real plate. I also
give these as gifts year round!

Caitlin's rugs are what initially sparked
her success as a home decor line and for good reason. They are made to order and impeccably crafted and hand-knotted in India. This rug is one of my personal favorites because of the pattern and the soft, serene shades of blue. This fresh twist on an oriental rug is versatile enough that it can be used in virtually any room in your house to add a splash of color in a traditional way.

Tissue boxes never look pretty and
are inevitably always an eye sore.
This porcelain tissue holder is the
perfect sophisticated storage solution
and is another item that I not only
love owning but love to gift. It's
classic lines and subtle gold detailing
will blend with any decorating style
and it's so beautiful that when you see
it you almost forget it there to
hold tissues!

Where do I start on how much I love
this loveseat? I don't own one but have pined for one for years. The clean lines and paired with the narrow rolled arms
is the perfect combination of modern meets traditional. It comes in over
twenty different fabric options and
would be divine in living room,
sunroom or bedroom. It would
even be beautiful in a large foyer!

Another item on my covet list are
these lanterns. If I were able to build
my dream kitchen, I have known for
years that these are the lanterns I wish
I could have over our island. The white and celadon are my favorite colors
and the gild adds a dash of glamour

Who doesn't love a swivel rocker? I have been eyeing two of these for our living room in the denim blue or soft cloud crypton. If you are not familiar with crypton fabric you need to be, because it is amazing! You could pour red white over a bright white chair and the fabric treatment causes the liquid to literally pool, allowing you to wipe it right off just like magic. Trust me, if you are investing in light furniture crypton is worth every cent! I tend to lean towards skirted chairs with softer, more traditional lines and these chairs are a classic piece that will never go out of style.

A newer addition to Caitlin's shop, this console table instantly stopped me in my tracks! This modern take on a traditional scallop skirted table is a showstopper and
a wonderful reimagining of a timeless element of southern design.

It probably goes without saying, but Matouk is the pinnacle of luxurious bed linens. These 500 thread count sheets made of Egyptian cotton woven in Italy are what you deserve at the end of every day and although they might seem like a splurge, they are truly an investment well worth making. They come in several colors and can also be monogrammed.

We are in the process of redecorating
our daughter's room and this lamp is
my top contender for her nightstand.
The modern lines and soft pastel hue
of the lamp are a great way to add
interest to her room in a playful,
but subtle way.

This mirror is like a piece of art! The
gild work and hand carving create a feel
of luxurious antiquity and are nod to
old world European design, which is
what so much of "traditional" design is based off of today. If you want a mirror that looks elegant and will turn heads,
this is it.
